When you use our Instant Valuation tool we record the name, email address and phone number you provide, together with the property address and your marketing consent, so we can prepare your valuation and contact you about it.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and valuations, manage tenancies and sales, carry out legally required Anti-Money-Laundering and Right-to-Rent checks, and — where you have consented — send you relevant property updates.
